Goods must be returned in a clean and saleable condition, with all original packaging.
A Returns Authorisation Number must be obtained prior to any item being returned. This authorisation number must be printed upon the exterior box or carton of the return. Please do not adhere any labels directly to the manufacturer packaging.
The item(s) being returned must not have been engraved or personalised.
The cost of return postage is the responsibility of the Customer. The service used must be proportionate to the item with adequate tracking and insurance.
