The all metal construction BETA 400 head has an innovative solid lens, which fits neatly into the otoscope housing, and provides a crystal clear viewing window. This clever conical lens provides a massive 20% more magnification when compared to a conventional 3.5x magnification otoscope. The lens conveniently flips up to allow easy access to for cleaning or the removal of foreign objects. As all HEINE bayonet fitting heads are fully interchangeable, the BETA 400 otoscope can be purchased an as upgrade to existing sets, without the need to purchase a further power source. The BETA 400 head is available out of the box in both 2.5v and 3.5v versions, so will fit all current power sources available, it is also available in a 2.5v set with battery handle.
