Operation proceedure
Blade Installation:
Attach the saw blade using the provided wrench onto the motor spindle.
Power Connection:
Plug the power cord into the designated slot on the machine and connect it to a power outlet.
Dust Removal Setup:
Mount the dust removal box onto the back of the machine.
Power On:
Activate the power switch on the right side of the machine. The illuminated switch indicates readiness.
Platform Adjustment:
Lower the pressure platform and use the right knob to adjust dust removal suction, considering noise levels.
Model Placement:
Position the gypsum model on the platform according to the auxiliary line.
Secure the Model:
Press the model and platform together firmly, ensuring alignment with the auxiliary line.
Separation Process:
Gradually lower the platform to execute the mold separation process.
Cleaning Dust Removal Box:
Periodically detach the dust removal box, remove the mesh plate, and clean internal components using an air gun.
