The Sysmex XN-450™ Automated Hematology Analyzer is a compact 5-part (or 6-part including IG) differential analyzer with a one-position loader for closed-tube sampling. It belongs to the XN-L series, offering high-performance fluorescent flow cytometry, 70 samples/hour throughput, and specialized applications for pediatrics, oncology, and body fluids.

Uses fluorescence flow cytometry, hydrodynamic focusing, and cyanide-free SLS method for hemoglobin detection.Sample Handling: Features a one-position closed-tube sampler, allowing for safe and flexible operation.Efficiency: Throughput of up to 70 samples/hour (with Speed-up application).Diagnostic Power: Provides 5-part differential (WBC, RBC, PLT, HGB) plus immature granulocytes (IG) in all hemograms.Advanced Diagnostics: Optional applications include reticulocytes (RET) and Body Fluid (BF) modes.User Interface: Integrated IPU with an LCD color touchscreen. Common Applications Oncology: Accurate analysis of leukopenic samples (L-WBC).Pediatrics: Low aspiration volume required (25 \(\mu \)L).Dialysis: RET-He parameter for monitoring.Neurology: Dedicated analysis for various body fluids (XN-BF).
